Pantaloons for a 1/12 doll

 
This tutorial, first was posted in my other blog: Life Is Beautiful, but since this one is for sewing, I have decided to share it here for you.
 
Here is how to make drawers or pantaloons for your 1/12 scale dolls. Enjoy!
 
You may need: white linen, it could be broadcloth, batiste, muslin, etc.,  and ending lace. I bought these fabric at Hobby Lobby.
 

 
1.- Cut out 2 pieces of white lawn.
  (Right: the pattern. Left: The cut out white lawn.

 2.- Stich at the center front seam. Iron the seams very carefully to keep them flat.

 3.- Stich the center back seam. Iron carefully.
 
 
 
 
4.- Stich narrow lace to the bottom hem. Iron carefully to keep flat the seams.

5.- Pin an stich a lace along the bottom edge.

6.- Pin and stich the center back seam. Make sure right sides are together.

7.- Pin and stich the inner leg seam.

And this is the pair of pantaloons for your 1/12 doll. Basically, the procedure is the same for all the pantaloon
 
ns. Actually, is the same procedure for a normal pantaloon, with the only difference that it is tiny. I really hope you enjoy it.
